Body Journaling

In this 1.5 hour class, I use various Somatic modalities, moving meditations, and physical awareness techniques to initiate the (big F) Flow state, where we can use the inherit wisdom and creativity of bodymind to process thoughts/emotions, define personal values, resolve life questions, and do Shadow Work.

Somatic in this context is knowing and attending to the living body from within in order to address how emotions manifest in the body and process/release tension for mind-body integration. And Big F- Flow is a cognitive state of total immersion in an activity allowing for faster reaction time, higher creativity levels, and deeper connection.

Basically, BoJo is a body led reset of your emotional and physical body, so you can do whatever you need to do as your most capable, most creative, and most connected self. I incorporate self reflection and shadow work so you integrate all that yummy non-verbal goodness into cognitive results that your brain (and your body) can recognize.
