This one’s my favorite: “You can build the deepest, most amazing friendships while wearing only your bra and undies.”
#52 would be: “You will become fast friends with people and spend years knowing them only by their nickname. (Which will be far too racy to ever say in front of your boss.)”

I love your #52! It’s absolutely true. (Unless you’re working as a sex phone operator for the weekend.) 🙂

Funny how times vary. What seemed unusual and unconventional years ago is nowadays a modern fad, and vice-versa. If anyone would have mentioned pole dancing years ago, ones exclusive idea would be in the sewer. Nonetheless, it has come full circle and is at present one of the most fashionable forms of womens physical fitness. As someone who has delighted in it before it was “cool”, I am so happy to see so many women starting to recognize that it can be a remarkable fitness tool , including too many famous women celebrities to name. The crucial thing to remember about women’s fitness, especially as we get older, is not so much what we are doing, but that we are doing something systematically. The net is filled with useful websites(like this one) with scores of ideas for women, to launch a health routine that is efficient and sustainable.
